Alumet believe that people are the most important factor when it comes to delivering quality on time. New staff undergo a tailored induction schedule reflecting their role, position and work environment ensuring they have the opportunity to meet colleagues and gain exposure to all areas of the business, giving them a better understanding of how Alumet operate, making them feel welcomed and connected.
Alumet continue to offer fully funded training to support the development of staff. Qualifications are gained through day courses, short courses, apprenticeships and degrees. Success stories include Ben Constable, Trainee Designer, who began his journey with Alumet in 2016 as an apprentice completing his BTEC in Art & Design in 2018.
Ben has continued to learn alongside work and has now began his Higher National Certificate in Construction.
Over the last few years Alumet have invested in our facilities, including state of the art machining technology. These machines are operated by staff who have received specialised training providing them with a unique set of skills and knowledge.
